ello, my name is Susanne Lawrence, and here is a little bit about myself:

     At fifty years of age I am a revitalized and rehabilitated musician, singer, dancer, painter and writer. I have two children both of whom are now artists as is my partner.

     My partner and I perform as a duo, I sing and play lead guitar, he plays banjo. We are folk singers and include bluegrass and old time music. I also dance. I do Appalacian Clog Dancing and my daughter dances with me. It is a real family activity. We are all familiar with the data on how to study any subject we like and apply it to learning new songs, new dance steps and playing together.

     I am also a student of the Open University, I am taking a degree in The Arts. That is a major win as I was considered a hopeless student at school. The course on how to study properly changed all that and made trying for a degree doable. So far I have passed all my exams.

     I am interested in cold water fish for my outdoor pool, theatre, driving, gardening, and just about anything musical.
