After starting Scientology I had only one regret, having done drugs! Knowing that these drugs were still in my system, I knew they still affected my moods.

     I enrolled on the Purification Rundown Program at my local Church of Scientology. With a combination of exercise, vitamins and sauna sessions, I became more in control of my body and rid my system of harmful drugs and their effects.

     The highlight of this was sitting in the sauna one night and the most amazing thing happened. This solidness, which I had been dragging around with me since starting drugs, just disappeared.

     I feel a hundred times lighter, more able to do lots of exercise easily and best of all I feel great and in control of my own body.

     Goodbye drugs! Goodbye regret! Hello life!
