ello, my name is Mike Neal and here is a little bit about myself:

     I was introduced to Scientology in a London coffee shop 3O plus years ago. At the time I was working as a geophysicist. Whilst university I had looked at many philosophies, but until I studied Scientology I had never found one that did not contradict itself from its own basic premises.

     I trained as an auditor in London in the early l96O`s and have worked to disseminate Scientology ever since. In l964, I ran the first Scientology Course in Denmark. Moving to East Grinstead in l966, I worked at St. Hill for l5 years. In l98l I assisted Margaret Hodkin to establish the first Study Tech* School in the United Kingdom. I primarily handled putting the establishment there whilst she handled the academic application of study tech. The results have been spectacular. Five of our graduates have gained first class honours degrees. One pupil, scheduled by the state system to graduate at l6 semi-numerate and semi-literate, continued with us and then gained entrance to Chelsea College of Art, graduated and then took a degree in Architecture. Another semi-dyslexic student now has a second degree from Manchester.

     * Study Tech is the application of a series of lectures and bulletins by L. Ron Hubbard elucidating the barriers to study, how to recognize what they are and the precise methods to resolve them, to a point where the student knows and has a full understanding of what is being studied, not just a verbal, by heart recognition of data.
