My Success in Scientology

When I came across Scientology, I did not know what to expect. I mean, I had never heard about it before. The book, Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health, was the first book I read. I remember it vividly; I was lying in bed with my new book, reading the introductory chapter and smiling. Here was somebody who really cared about me. The author spoke directly to me, and it was this feeling of “at last! I have found what I was looking for.”

That whole thing might sound a bit silly to you, but you see, I had been looking for a practical means to solve a few problems of my own; shyness, insecurity, lacking self confidence and no goal in life. Pretty sad, eh?

The first thing which changed was my view on life. Now there was a bright and fun future ahead, a future which I could control at will. Great feeling, I tell you.

The next thing which changed was my IQ. To the better, of course, ha, ha. I got some words cleared up and understood, and this remarkably changed my way of thinking.

Now, I started using my new skills on others. I helped my friends with something called “touch assists,” when they had hurt themselves. The Touch Assist is a drug free method of alleviating pain from any area of the body.

I helped friends who, like me, had misunderstood words in an area they had been or were currently studying, and I saw how happy they became having really fully understood the topic.

I am much more confident and happy than I was in my late teenage and early adult years. I did not know where I was going in life, and I felt that life was running me and not me running life. Now, I understand some of the fundamentals of what makes life, and it is a great feeling to have.

I now have a goal in life, well, I have many, but one is to start and run schools which will really educate and help children and adults reach their full potential.

All this and much more are wins and successes which I have had studying and applying Scientology to my life. It is a great, great thing to really feel that life is worth living every day no matter what happens, because you know what life is and how it operates.

It is no big secret, it is right there for you laid out by L. Ron Hubbard, and I know that all Scientologists including me are welcoming you with open arms to come and take a look for yourself. You are going to do yourself the biggest favor of all, if you do so. There is so much to be won, and you know what? You have nothing to lose!
