I 've been in Scientology since 1989 getting introduced to L. Ron Hubbard Management Technology which I applied to my dental practice. Before applying this technology I had a hard time controlling my business and instead it was controlling me. Our staff was not working as a team and it took a lot of my time and energy to handle the management of the office. I would be tired at the end of the day and I only had three employees. I felt my business was out of control and burn out was setting in fast, I didn't feel I could do dentistry much longer. Since the application of the management technology and receiving Scientology counseling my dental practice has taken off employing 42 employees and continuing to expand. We will soon be moving into a new facility with state of the art equipment which will help us to continue to flourish and prosper. We continue to achieve our goals having highest ever production, collection and new patients. Our staff works as a team and the management and control of the office is so much easier. We pride ourselves with providing quality dentistry with prompt courteous service to all our patients.

     Life is much more fun giving me the opportunity to spend more time with my family and helping our community. In 1996-97 I served as president of my local school board. Applying Scientology to my life has made a tremendous difference. I feel much more calm and in control with the ability to live my dreams of a happier saner world for all of us.
