ello, my name is Bob Forrest, and here is a little bit about myself:

     I am 45 years old. I was born in San Francisco California. My present residence is in Washington DC. I live with my wife and youngest daughter. My other daughter is in college in West Virginia.

     I work as a computer system administrator for a large software and consulting firm.

     My chief interest is music, specifically guitar playing. I am in a band that plays rock and blues. I am currently working on recording a CD on songs I have written. For recreation I run and play softball.
