If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.

     This book really helped me with understanding my mind and how it works. I now know that I can do something about changing the effects of my past and also changing the harmful patterns that existed.
